In times where one would normally by giving employers as well as employee everything to endanger the workplace or the success of the company as little as possible, the Posse increases around the industrial action at Aer Lingus with each round. It should be said: I am generally a fan of unions. These are important, are authorized and have achieved a lot.
But unfortunately wrong active trade unionists (who interpret the basic idea of their own organization wrongly) already caused much damage.
The ticket market is broke anyway, and rises through the Back and Forth between employers and employees the uncertainty of the customer, the passenger. And who is moving in droves to the competition.
And so is added to the already severely deficient airline further damage. Today alone had 20 flights to be canceled.
This is not now mean that all workers should be willing to take. But everything - on both sides - should always be done with my studies.
In the case of Aer Lingus is rather the inevitable crash landing ...
